MindFitness is a 6 or 12 months (Regular or Premium) program created to give professionals the ability to:

MindFitness helps participants go deeper in their exploration of their beliefs, assumptions, values, and needs, professionally and personally.
It includes a weekly coaching session, multiple challenging and meaningful exercises to become the best version of yourself. Dr Mounzer will be supporting you during the whole process with his wisdom, compassionate listening and deep caring for your well-being.
