MLP (Mindful Life Program) co-founder and author John Bruna asked MLP Certified Teacher Assaad Mounzer, M.D., PCC, to facilitate this 6 session program that Teacher and Author John Bruna designed. John is the author of the book “the Wisdom of a Meaningful Life”.

The four key areas of mindfulness empower you to be attentive to your thoughts, feelings and the environment with clarity and discernment and help you live a meaningful and fulfilling life. These skills help you make mindful choices and act in ways that are in alignment with your values. Course includes, videos by John Bruna for learning, a companion journal by MLP, and personal coaching by Professional Certified Coach Dr. Mounzer.
